Why We Started American Paws
The pet-treat industry is full of brands chasing margin over quality — sourcing meat overseas, hiding fillers behind clever marketing, and outsourcing production to whoever bids lowest. American Paws was built to do the opposite.
Founded in 2019 by Eric Liu and operated by XKY INC Corporation, we run a single USDA-inspected facility at 27002 Meines St Ste 102, Highland, California (FDA Registration #13526766664). Every bag — from sourcing to slicing to sealing — happens under our own roof. No middlemen. No outsourcing. Just meat, time, and care.

Where are your treats made?
Every bag is hand-made in our USDA-inspected facility at 27002 Meines St Ste 102, Highland, California (FDA Food Facility Registration #13526766664). We never outsource — every step from sourcing to packaging happens under our roof.
What's actually in your treats?
One human-grade single protein. That is the entire ingredient list. No fillers, no preservatives, no grains, no flavoring agents. We are FDA-registered, AAFCO-compliant, and our products are third-party lab tested for safety and consistency.
Are they safe for puppies and senior dogs?
Yes. Our treats are dehydrated at low temperatures to stay soft enough for puppy teeth and senior chewers alike. For training, you can easily break the strips into smaller pieces. As always, supervise any treat-giving with very young or very old dogs.
How long do they keep after opening?
Sealed in our kraft pouches, our treats stay fresh for up to 30 days at room temperature after opening. For longer storage, keep them refrigerated in an airtight container.
Do you ship outside the US?
Right now we ship within the continental United States only. International shipping is on our roadmap — sign up for our newsletter to hear when it's available.
