01 What are your wholesale minimums?
Our minimum order is 50 lb per box for both wholesale and private label. Bulk jerky also ships in 50 lb un-packaged boxes — perfect for resale or Amazon FBA fulfillment. We recommend a first order of 3-4 SKUs so you can test what your customers love.
02 How do I apply for a wholesale account?
Fill out the short application form at the bottom of our Wholesale page. We typically reply within 2 business days.
03 Do you offer private label?
Yes. You provide your packaging design; we apply your custom label to our single-ingredient jerky. 50 lb minimum. Perfect for emerging brands or retailers expanding their house line.
04 Can you ship directly to Amazon FBA?
Yes. Our 50 lb bulk jerky boxes ship directly to your warehouse or to an Amazon FBA fulfillment center — ideal for online sellers and resellers. Just send us the prep instructions when you order.
05 What's actually in your jerky?
Single ingredient. Real meat. That's it. No fillers, no grains, no artificial preservatives, no glycerin. Each bag lists the exact protein (chicken, beef, etc.) and nothing else.
06 Are your treats safe for puppies and small dogs?
Yes — our jerky is natural and single-ingredient, safe for all ages. For puppies and small dogs, break pieces into smaller bites. Always supervise treat time and provide fresh water.
07 How should I store the jerky?
Every bag is oxygen-sealed for maximum freshness. Store unopened in a cool dry place. Once opened, reseal the bag tightly or transfer to an airtight container. Best within 30 days of opening.
08 How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 2-3 business days from our Highland, California kitchen. Standard ground delivery is typically 3-7 business days depending on your location.
09 Where do you ship from?
Our kitchen is in Highland, California. We ship nationwide via standard ground carriers. Most West Coast orders arrive in 2-3 days; East Coast in 4-7 days.
10 Do you ship outside the U.S.?
We currently ship within the lower 48 United States only. For international wholesale inquiries, please email contact@americanpawspet.com directly.
11 What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. For wholesale accounts, Net 30 terms may be available after your second order in good standing.
12 What is your return policy?
We stand behind every order with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy, email contact@americanpawspet.com for a refund or replacement — no questions, no fuss.
13 What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@americanpawspet.com with photos of the damaged items and packaging — we'll send a free replacement right away.
